Sublimation Prints

Artwork Requirements:

Please upload your image(s). We accept PNG, PDF, JPG, JPEG and SVG file types. Suggested 300dpi for best print quality.

We will not be held liable for poor-resolution images and keep in mind printing DOES NOT change the quality of the image nor does it remove any backgrounds that may be on an image.

You must remove the background before uploading.

****PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT WHATEVER YOU SUBMIT TO ME IS WHAT WILL BE PRINTED WITH THE EXCEPTION OF WHITE. SUBLIMATION PRINTERS DO NOT PRINT WHITE SO WHEREVER THERE IS WHITE IN YOUR IMAGE, IT WILL TAKE ON THE COLOR OF GARMENT/SUBSTRATE YOU ARE APPLYING IT TO.

Copyright Information:

By submitting your artwork, you are certifying you are the designer of this artwork OR have the legal right to produce a print of this artwork by a third-party printer. It is YOUR responsibility to ensure you are authorizing the printing of this artwork within the designers' terms and conditions. Orders suspected of Copyright Infringement will be suspended pending verification of licensing. You will be given the opportunity to substitute your artwork. In the event your order is canceled as a result of the infringement, a 15% processing fee will be assessed to cover the cost associated with the initial file upload.

TURN AROUND TIME: 

Sublimation prints will ship/be ready for pickup for you within 1-2 business days. Please be aware that the turnaround time does not begin until I receive print-ready artwork. When rush orders are placed and have artwork issues there is a possibility the order will not get printed on the rush day paid for. Please continue to check emails if you have a rush order in the event artwork needs to be revised.

There are more limits to what types of items you can personalize with Sublimation. It will only work with Polyester fabrics, and because the ink binds to the material itself, your fabric will have to be light or white for the transfer to show true colors. Sublimation can be used on a wide variety of other surfaces, such as aluminum or ceramic. How Durable is Sublimation?

As the ink binds itself to the fabric rather than lying on top, these images are very durable. These images fuse with the fabric so they will not crack over time or fade in the same way that HTV does.Do I have to "Weed" Sublimation patterns? 

While these transfers don't work on dark fabrics, their nature allows the fabric's light color to show through without having to "weed" the original pattern. The non-inked areas will just transfer a "clear" layer onto the light-colored fabric. You will need a heat press. Please refer to your item for required temperature. Sublimation temperatures range from 385-400 according to your press.

The image is pressed face down on your substrate, which will press the image the correct way (right to left). Place parchment paper on the bottom of your press and in the middle if pressing image to garmet. Also place parchment paper on top of sublimation image. This is to protect your press. Be sure to apply hard pressure to avoid air sipping in causing inks to spread throughout garmet causing a ghost image.

Returns or refunds:

There are no returns or refunds on any transfers. If you need to have an item before a certain date then please choose the appropriate shipping option at checkout but NOTE: This does not impact "Processing time” and I cannot guarantee shipping time once USPS has possession of item(s).

Due to the rapid turnaround time for these transfers, I can only offer cancellation within 12 hours of purchase. However, no returns or cancellations will be accepted once the item has been printed or shipped.
